Our turn around time is 10 days. For most adjustments or repairs it only takes about a day or two depending on the case. We’d be more than happy to RUSH cases, just let us know or call us in advance as certain limitations or fees may apply .

It’s as easy as just picking up the phone and giving us a call at 909-872-0396 and we can schedule your case for sameday or next day pick up.

WHAT ARE YOUR FORMS OF PAYMENT ?

ALL accounts are payable within 30 days of statement date, which is the last working day of the month. Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to a late charge of 1 1/2% of the unpaid balance and may be subject to C.O.D status.

WHAT IS YOUR REMAKE AND / OR CREDIT POLICY ?

All dental restorations are custom made and unfortunately cannot be refunded. However, a credit will be issued and applied to your account for any cases with problems pertaining to our laboratory work. To receive credit for a case, the original case must be returned along with the models within 30 days from the invoice date. Cases returned after 30 days can be redone at an additional charge. Any remakes pertaining to our work are done free of charge, the case must include the original restoration along with the model.

DO YOU OUTSOURCE WORK TO CHINA ?

NO . We GUARANTEE that our laboratory work is made in-house. We do not send any of our work to China. Each case is made in our dental facility using the latest FDA approved materials, and is supervised by a team of dental technicians. We use the finest materials that are purchased domestically from reputable manufacturers like Ivoclar Vivadent, Henry Schein, 3M, Dentsply, Nobel Biocare, and many more.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY OF WORK ?

Veneers & Empress restorations – 1 year warranty

All Metal Free & Porcelain Fused to Metal has a warranty for 5 years of clinical use, ** except for: doctor’s design modification, shade change, change in material, re-prepping of the tooth or new impression, or notification to the doctor of poor impression or model,or where other limitations and restrictions may apply.
